RE: Errors - Koopaul - 08-28-2013

Not an error, but someone should clean up all those spam topics that bot made in the General Discussion.

RE: Errors - Gaia - 08-31-2013

known errors: The Moon, NPCs, and Scrooge's icons are all mixed up! The Moon's icon is where Scrooge's icon SHOULD be, and the icon for the NPC characters suddenly vanished and now uses Scrooge's instead.

Fixed! (just refresh the page and it should show up)

RE: Errors - TheShyGuy - 09-16-2013

I'm sorry if this was already mentioned, but sometimes I get this error and can't access the forums:

I'm unsure how helpful that is sorry =/.

RE: Errors - Petie - 09-16-2013

We're aware of the issue. I put in a temporary fix to get the sites back online and we'll be working on a more permanent solution shortly. Thanks for the report!

Well, you're technically correct, but both objects only show up during Yojimbo's summon.

RE: Errors - JigglyPuffGirl - 09-23-2013

I wanted to upload a new game using the submit function, but it won't let me because of an error, I have the image format (PNG) and the size right. Pretty much why i was trying to make a section for Road Fighter earlier this week, but failed. Did it happen to anyone else before?

RE: Errors - Petie - 09-23-2013

Have you clicked the link that appears in that error and reviewed the icon requirements in that thread? The reason you're seeing that is because you're trying to upload a PNG image at those dimensions without actually following the proper icon format. The system can detect whether or not you're using the right template and will reject submissions that aren't.

RE: Errors - JigglyPuffGirl - 09-23-2013

Clicked the link, and problem solved. Thank you ^^

RE: Errors - Jermungandr - 09-27-2013

H'okay I'm not sure how this has gone without being noticed for so long but it's been driving me nuts for a while so I figured I should probably finally say something ...

Everywhere on the main site where it says "Gameboy", including "Gameboy Advance" ... ... er, well ... I don't quite know how to tell you this, but "Game Boy" is and has always been two words. :/

It's most noticeable on the left side menu when you are choosing your console, but also appears in the browser header when you've picked one of the consoles too. I believe I've also seen it elsewhere but it's not coming to me at the moment.

Also on a random and completely unrelated note, the "Head Hunter" on this page is under "Enemies" when it should be under "Bosses".

RE: Errors - Petie - 09-27-2013

Wow... I have no idea how that escaped notice for so long. I fixed the issue on all sites, though I may now need to abbreviate Advance as it just barely fits. It should be fixed everywhere now but let me know if you see it anywhere still spelled incorrectly.

RE: Errors - Dazz - 09-27-2013

I've also fixed the Head Hunter error.

edit: Pete, maybe we should set up a redirectory somewhere for a while so links to the Game Boy and Game Boy Advance section still work... Just because it'll cause headaches on other sites that linked to those sections.
I also have no idea how that went unnoticed for so long, because I've worked so hard to make sure that's recognised on VGFacts.
