This is like that one site that translates your sentences to Japanese, and then English, and then repeats that until it reaches a point where it can't translate the sentence anymore, right?

Yup, except this one translates the phrase into all manners of different languages and back to English, making the sentence a heck of a lot more jumbled. I think the one that you're thinking of is Translation Party, which only does Japanese.
