.PAK question... - gabrielwoj - 04-30-2010

Hi... I'm almost finishing my trackmania sheet, but I need a program to open .pak files, if there someone around?
I tried WinZip, dosen't work...
The files I'm trying to extract is:
Alpine.pak (Snow envioriment)
Bay.pak
Coast.pak
Game.pak (???, mystery)
Island.pak
Rally.pak
Resource.pak (???)
Speed.pak (Desert Envioriment)
Stadium.pak
And also there are a VCD file, called: "packlist"
May the Game and Resource pak is other block sprites...

I have seen on Tutorial (on TSR - Spriters Resouce), and dosen't have...
This file is for some games, like Quake, Half Life, and others...
FILEINFO:
http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/pak
Trackmania sheet thread:
http://www.spriters-resource.com/community/showthread.php?tid=12571

Thanks, a lot...
Cheers, gabrielwoj!
Oh, one thing, the VCD file is appearing a video file, but don't have any codec.

Weird, as Dragon Unpacker usually works fine. (I use it and works fine, at least for me.)

http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/gaup.html <--- how about that other program?

Perhaps you should move this to the "Requests" section. Considering you have already done good things here, other people would be willing to lend you a hand as well.

Ok, last chance: have you tried using Quickzip to unpack the .pac files? It works sometimes.
