move the head 2 pixels foward.

Moved his head foeward. But it looked like he was hunched over to me, so i also shifted it forward by one to compare.

fiddled with the walking animation, moved the in air leg up a pixel and shortened the arm so the hand wouldnt be conjoined

I think, but Im not sure, but I think I can get passed the colour limit by using two different sprites for the individual cone and scoop of ice cream.

you can get past the color limit by using two sprites, but you sure as hell forgetting to use that same "trick" to get past the size limit

16x16, 4 colors per sprite
