that's a little better

the bridge on the nose is still bothering me, though

try thinning down the brighter section on the nose a bit more


EDIT: actually okay so I tried to edit it myself

thinned down the bridge, and gave its eyes some more shades to make it a bit more sinister-looking

how "sinister as you put it, weavile was already looking
weavile never came off as evil to me
although i kind of worked him back into that kind of look by accident here heh

well from how you shaded the eyes, he looked pretty sinister
so I just assumed you were aiming for sinister !!
