Ah come on Met; post something more substantial than that!

Anyways; It's looking nice. I love the concept and the drawing. Colors work well too.

Keep it up!

It's nice and all but it looks pro demoman, not soldier.

Not that that's a bad thing.

Just, it looks like you're making the soldiers out to monsters, as most propaganda tends to do to the enemy.

American WWII propaganda probably didn't show images of planes bombing japan. They were more about people joining the army, training, and probably stuff that would motivate the average person to fight.

e.g.

"Demonizing" the enemies.

They certainly wouldn't show a scared japanese man watching his home be blown to pieces.

I like it, but I kind of get what Ted is talking about. See, it's the red demoman vs. the blue soldier, and you're showing the red team's control point all destroyed..

It looks really nice, regardless.

RE: TF2 Propaganda Contest - Cobalt Blue - 12-14-2009

actually its the blue team control point, hence the B. but the color scheme makes it look red.

There isn't really a blue team control point, though. The picture looks like it's supposed to be Gravelpit, and in that level Red always defends the points, (which is why all the point labels are red) and blue tries to take them. The letter B is just due to all the points having letters. Point A, point B, point C.

Hate to be the guy that goes "Nooooo, it's ACTUALLY.." but uh, yeah.

Yeah so this would make a great Pro-Demoman poster.

RE: TF2 Propaganda Contest - Cshad - 12-15-2009

I kinda get a "they're killing us all, what are you going to do about it?" vibe from it
