I'd say yes, even if it seems like we're lazy since that could possibly be his walking animation as well. Running however, I don't know.

we can make it so he tilts forward a bit with walk and with run he can go all psycho crusher on them

...We could just keep him as a retro character like G&W. It's not like much could be done with his design anyway.
