Excellent game. Well done Retro. Tough as nails too.
I would've liked Funky to return and Diddy available in 1p mode, but hey, at least they made Cranky's name actually relevant again. Plus, they got it right that he's the original DK: talk to him in World 7.
I'd love to see the Kremlings return, but I must give Retro a hand, the Tikis were great baddies in their own right.

I saw the minecart levels. I loved some of the new ideas they brought in (like the eggshell and the circular rail!). Then I saw the hand level.
The last barrel sequence of that level is definitely my favorite moment.

I hope when they make the sequel (Because they have to) they'll have Crocodile Isle in the same design as the original DKC2. But in 3D.

Not likely to happen, considering at the end of DKC2. Hence the new, artificial one in DK64.

This game is the Toughest and easiest Donkey Kong game yet.
Easiest because if you die to much you get a Super Guide, you can buy as much lives as needed, and there's a parrot to help you find all the puzzle pieces if you get stumped.
Toughest if you want to beat it on your own, and get the max percentage, including those time runs!

No he means tough in some parts easy in others.
