didn't we choose to use both koopaul's mascot AND team SR as the mascots?

I thought we did this as well.

BRICKLIN!!!!!!! Wowza! That's exactly what we're looking for I'd say, and I believe the paintbrush guy got one more vote in the cop.

I've no means of animation, but does this look decent?

RE: A Lemony Sprite - Previous - 01-11-2009

Nope. It should rather be a movement of the existing "pixels" and not such an extreme change.
Like, having them moving downwards and a bit to the side, and probably also having the get smaller.

Anyways, I think I'll go and edit the sprite itself a bit, like roundening it out, he looks a bit deformed (I think he's meant to be some kind of ball).

RE: A Lemony Sprite - Lemon - 01-11-2009

Yeah, I just took a look on top of each other. It's too random, and the blocks are closer together on the real one.
Do you guys like the shading that Bricklin did? I'm not sure about the white. Think it should be a lighter of the others. But meh, just imo.

RE: A Lemony Sprite - Dazz - 01-11-2009

The moscot will be a mix of both the paintbrush and Team SR.
We'll implement the Team into the resources page and the like.

RE: A Lemony Sprite - Lemon - 01-11-2009

Do you want sprites of Team SR?

It was deformed because I thought it was supposed to be. It was late; I was tired etc.

How do you get lighter than white?

Anyway I have an edit-whatever-thing: I made the ball rounder, but not perfect because I still don't think he should be perfect.

Sorry, I explained badly, I meant something like this;

I think those white highlights are okay, yours have way too less contrast, Lemon. Although I'd go for non-white ones, too, but brighter than what you've got.

Anyways, this is what I had made...

I'd have dome more, but I guess I shoudl wait for your comments, as Bricklin made another edit. Whatever.

RE: A Lemony Sprite - Gors - 01-11-2009

I edited some parts a little. You may change some details on the other frame, though.

RE: A Lemony Sprite - Dazz - 01-11-2009

Can I make a suggestion that we edit the mouth part, too, so that it's actually speaking?

RE: A Lemony Sprite - Lemon - 01-11-2009

Is the contrast on this better?

I planned on doing that, and having his whole body/head tilt backwards due to his shape. Unfortunately
A: I won't be able to do it until I get home from work in 5-6 hours.
B: It will take a while.
