Also, I think the blinking would be a good touch. We could probably do it for all the other characters!
But not every 2 seconds...How bout' letting the animation play through a whole 2 times, and as soon as he's about to loop the animation for a third time, then he blinks twice. And the whole thing repeats itself.

Oh my god, I'm going to faint.
That animation is almost pristine.
Just follow the blinking idea and I think the normal idle will be complete.

Lucas' face looks too....dull. Either change the skin color (which would end up being for both), making it for vibrant, or add some more shading.

Use simple shading for the hair, we don't really need anything complicated. Also, maybe make it a little paler? The giving his hair more of that twist or something. If I can get around to it, I'll try and make an edit.
EDIT: Well, it's not "complicated" just shaded oddly.
