It may suppose to be the "crease" in his lip, but it still looks more a nostril.
Is there a way to make it somewhat more subtle?

I added an extra color, and smoothed out some spots, and made the lip a bit longer, its a lip now, i hope.
How does it look? (Zoom is 600%, for easy viewing)

Im loving the new shade you added, it really smoothes things out and helped the upper lip, but this bugs me
