Any reasons why this thing needs to be over 600px tall? halving the size would decrease the amount of work by a lot.
Knees still look to far down
His arms look like noodles extruding out of his Torso
In addition, his arms look too long
needs more shoulders
He has absolutely no ribcage whatsoever
The head is weirdly connected to the neck
Made an sloppy paintover, its not perfect but you should get the point.

The elbows seem a bit too high up on the arms. Either that, or the shoulders are too low. Or both. But what I'm saying is that the upper arm (between the shoulder and elbow) is too short, and maybe the forearm (between the wrist and elbow) is too long. Also, the knees look a little too low. But it's hard to tell where the waist is.
(When I say a little bit, I mean a little bit. Like only a few pixels. Don't drastically change any proportions because they seem pretty good right now)

He needs more crotch imo. Smaller neck, bigger chest? He needs a ribcage. Because if you see what Vic did, the body gets larger at the chest part.

Move his right tit (our left) away from his other tit. His left shoulder line thingy in on top of the tit should be further. Also, if you are going for realistic proportions, the hands must be smaller.

Actually, the hands are about the right size for realistic proportions. In real terms, the hand should be just big enough to cover the face.
