Um, if you had the first ones, I've heard that it's best to get the same one due to the Link feature which allows you to transfer some things and unlocks other things when you connect it to the previous version. I'm saying that vaguely to avoid spoilers and 'cause I really don't know for sure either, just going off hearsay.
If you didn't get the first ones though, I guess just look at what Pokemon that are available that you like better, plust Black Kyurem or White Kyurem? I've heard there's actually a way to switch between White Forest and Black City now with the Linking feature so that's less of an argument now, I guess. Other than that, I can't think of any other significant differences that you'd want to watch out for.

There are a few aesthetic changes.
Black2's route 4 is now a city instead of a desert, and White2 is still a desert with a few inhabitants (another play on the technology vs. nature)
There's also one cave in the game which is a magma cave for Black2 and a frozen water one in white2 (or the other way around, I just know they're different between games).
There are also a few other things, but I tried to avoid them because of spoilers.

Wifi Data Transfer, would be great not having to set up with the same shit again whenever I move to a new DS. That can get old rather fast when you have to do a trade with someone and you just got a new DS after the old one somehow broke.

Is this some sort of reference to Ruby and Sapphire?
because if it is then there's a possible remake in the works, which doesn't surprise me to be honest.

So I just fought my first battle against Colress and ended up beating him.
Eventually I have to grind my team more because all of my pokemon are level 17 to 23. and not even my stater is the strongest one.
From weakest to strongest: Zubat, Dewott, Flaffy, Drilbur, Growlithe, and Genesect.
Should I consider STAB training? might help me in the long run.

also if you are having trouble with leveling up focus on just 2 or 3 pokemon for a while, and only add new party members when the others start to get overlevel'd
