Poor Meowth. He looks frustrated.

Pretty good artwork, by the way.

imo meowth would look a lot better if you used coloured outlines in the interior.

RE: Maneko's Unusual Sprites - Maneko - 08-17-2009

Scared, actually.
I always try to make him look puny to match his manga and anime versions. Big Grin

To be honest, I stick with darklines because I like to make everything look simpler and because I royally suck at picking and applying colors. (Lots of times, I have tried to use colored lines and every time I end up making a mess. Very Sad)

Megaman and family in EarthBound style. First version, so I could use some C&C to improve them more.

My main problem is that Megaman CLEARLY looks like a Ness edit. Just mess with the face. Any chance of Rush?

Well, it IS a Ness edit, indeed. I wanted it to look like something that could fit in a EB game but I see what you mean, so I changed it's face a bit.

Better? (Megaman's face is simplistic as hell, so yeah...)

Rush, Tango, Wily, Bass, Treble and perhaps some Robot Masters too, actually.

RE: Maneko's Unusual Sprites - Ton - 09-23-2009

A bit better, yeah. I was trying to think of a distinguishing facial feature and came up with his big eyes, but those don't really work for this style. Tongue

Please do MMX and Zero.

RE: Maneko's Unusual Sprites - LeleleleMAXIMUM - 09-24-2009

That Protoman is ace, and Dr. Light is cute.

RE: Maneko's Unusual Sprites - Mr. Sprinkler - 09-24-2009

To be honest, I think that megaman looked better without the nose. Something about it just doesn't work. Most likely the fact that Dr. Light didn't give megaman a nose until x! >XP

Trivial things like that aside, I'm really digging megaman in this style,Maneko. Smile

(Hey, he's a loner, so that means no money to buy cool things.)

RE: Maneko's Unusual Sprites - Ton - 09-24-2009

Hahaha, that's awesome.

RE: Maneko's Unusual Sprites - Sengir - 09-24-2009

there's a flashing pixel on the upper-left part of his helmet

FFFFF- Ok, I got rid of that stray pixel. (Man, how I didn't saw it before?)

Frontal frames added, even if the game itself uses just a single frame for these poses.
