you're imitating sauron's style of shading somehow with those colors.
again, use a bit, just a bit less saturated palettes. we all like colorful drawings, but it doesnt need to be that bright and hurting.

I´m kinda mimicizing Ocean´sDreams shading style (though it´s a lot my own now.)

I meant the scarf. Those colors are clashing too much.
