I've played this game many times, and your rips are lacking quite a lot.
1) Notably the lack of alternate palettes
2) General Vermin is missing a few
- His intro with his arms crossed for when he first appears. And he's actually animated when he's grabbed by the crotch
- That bottom set is a different colour than the rest
3) Grunty is missing a few animations
- Crawling on the ground. An "oh crap" reaction before getting booted. and the large sprites when getting kicked off-screen
- Also, there's the other palette-swap that carries an electric mace
4) Not sure what Grogg's missing
5) Blag's palette is wrong. He's purple in the game
- He's also missing his giant form
- Idle animation was more than two frames
- He even turns red when receiving damage
In fact. These appear to be taken from the Beats-of-Rage Battletoads game (the one with Sketch Turner as a guest character) That's kinda cheating, isn't it?

. The remaining frames are then, if for you it is so important. Yes, Vermin fix wrong

Well, in the BOR Battletoads game. Blag was recoloured green. I should've explained it better, sorry.
Still, these will have to do until there's a another way to rip this game.
