keeping the falloff parameters in fresnel, you should be able to see this when you scroll down:

in the picture, there is an extra vertex that you won't have. you can add it by clicking the + button (to the left of the X) and clicking anywhere on the line. then use the move tool (the arrows, highlighted in the pic) to move it to the top or bottom. moving that vertex to the left/right will change the intensity.
