The hand on the right just looks weird as hell. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it just looks fuckin awful.

Also, you should consider a more dynamic pose. All that pose is telling me is that megaman shoots dudes. You may try by shifting his body the other direction on his legs, and bringing the arm in closer.

Attempted to shift his weight, drew the (horrible) hand in a bit, adjusted some other things

now lets try and turn the elements you have facing directly towards the camera, away. like the buster's positioning. maybe you could even consider re-orienting megamans entire pose? there's a lot of ways you could make this better and it's really up to you. Also, I'd suggest studying megamans face a little bit more, especially from the official artwork.

Also, try putting even more weight on that front leg
