Fixed?

Started the jump poses as well! Smile

I think the problem is that the blue is too saturated. Try lowering the saturation of the darker shades, and adjust the outline accordingly. The extreme saturation shades and zero saturation outlines look odd at 100%- it makes the lines look less crisp, and kind of...blurry, i guess?

Something I've been working on.

The black rectangles on his body should bend more with the shape, they look rather straight now. I'd also say his arms and legs are too noodly.

Any better?

I also noticed there were a couple color mess ups so I went ahead and fixed those.

RE: ShadeDBZ's Workshop - Previous - 12-03-2012

Yup.

I just noticed his head looks kinda undershaded compared to the body.

How about now?

RE: ShadeDBZ's Workshop - Previous - 12-03-2012

That's fine I guess :>

RE: ShadeDBZ's Workshop - RegisteredAccount - 12-03-2012

LOL, Mr. Peanut looks kinda funny. It's good, it's good... Great and hilarious. I'm sure he'd be a great character.

... Is it just me, or does his face looks as if the monocle (or the glass thing) is looking our way while his visible eyes are looking to his left/our right?
I sure hope it's just me.

RE: ShadeDBZ's Workshop - Shade - 12-04-2012

Thanks for the input.

I messed with the monocle a little bit, I think I fixed the problem.

RE: ShadeDBZ's Workshop - Shade - 12-23-2012

I've wanted to try something like this for a while now.

16 colors, if I'm correct. 8 for Mario, 8 for Luigi.
Seems legit.

Also I made this. Wanted to do something Mother 3 type, I doubt this counts.

Please post your own sprites in your thread, it's rude to litter someone else's thread with your own sprites, make your own thread for your sprites, or if you have one already, use that, instead of making multiple topics and posting your content into other people threads.

Back on topic:
@Shade, his feel seem like they're angled a little off.

RE: ShadeDBZ's Workshop - Shade - 12-24-2012

Do you mean feet? If so I agree. I messed with them a little bit.

Shading on elbow's and knee's have always puzzled me so if anyone could help with that, it would be appreciated. Big Grin

Here's a fighter dude that I forgot about, I'd like to improve it though!
The main thing I currently don't like is the angle of the legs.

RE: ShadeDBZ's Workshop - recme - 01-08-2013

The legs should be longer and so should the face.
