When Goku became a super saiyan, Freezer/Frieza builds up his power level to 100% and added more muscles to his body. After Freezer got cut in half by his own destructo disc, Goku gave him some extra energy to survive Namek's destruction, but he got angry and attacked him. Goku counterattacks Freezer's energy beam with his own blast and defeated him. In all of these events, you can see him on 100% (the reason why he lost is that his power level decreases in battle while Goku's remains stable, though).

That's just how the guide referred to him. In the game it's just Trunks, but seeing as there is two different versions of Trunks I thought it'd be god to have a distinguishing title.

Actualy, as i know, there is kid trunks and future trunks.
In Japan version chibi trunks and mirai trunks.
