He doesn't look that balanced like his torso is leaning backward compared to his legs.

Also, his legs are positioned in a way that makes him look stuck up

legs are just sloppy outlines, just needed something to see the overall image

Really you should lay down a base for the overall image before you start working in detail anywhere.
Even if you only scribble out a stick figure or really loose gesture, it helps keep a pose unified and make it less stiff. If you start with the head and work down with no planning ahead, you're very likely to just do the same bus-stop poses over and over, or to draw parts of the body that don't seem to match.

I really like the way the head is turning out, but yeah I'm not a fan of the body lines. It's just a rough though so we'll see where that goes.
