I'm thinking Dazz probably missed it since he's been busier lately. I'm sure he'll get to it soon.

And great rips BTW. Smile

You must be the most underapreciated ripper ever, Ryan.
Lots of props to you and to your impressive dedication.

Well, a while ago, they had a section on the site called Top Submitters, and I was one of them. In my profile I said my goal was to reawaken people's memories of what we played in the past; perhaps creating a new revolution or generation of gamers from the nostalgia. Or something along those lines.

Many people these days have forgotten what video games were for; it was for the entertainment it gives us, or the stories they tell; About individuals who fought and triumphed over their adversaries and the challenges that were before them, not for the fame, fortune, or power. But because they were the only ones who could; so that the world would remain peaceful for both themselves and others to live in. It was from those stories I learned much and developed my own codes and morals based from them.

Strangely enough many people agreed with those very same codes and morals I developed and display every now and again to enlighten others; perhaps on a universal level because it maybe coincides with human experiences. My study of human biology reinforced these codes and morals. Knowing that we all share one definite similarity rather than the numerous differences that separate and create stigmas; further spreading discord and ruin amongst us.

Anyway, I'm sorry about the whole philosophical rant I went on, and it perhaps seems to be a waste of time, but maybe it will shed some light onto the how and why of my actions.

Make of what I said as you will, be it Quixotic Garbage or not.

I entirely appreciate your thoughts - it's games of old that tell us morals, and bring stories of good over evil, and freedom for all.
Now these days it's about just mindlessly killing. Not all games, don't get me wrong, but that's how it seems. That or they have the right moral stories, but they're just horribly done. It's almost like less effort is put in, and the creation time is increased. If it doesn't have the newest graphics it's not worth releasing.

I'm sorry about the delays in getting your stuff online, I just have to make the icons and then I'll upload them. Making icons is such a chore, haha.

No prob Dazz.

Anyway, Here's another rip from Majin Tensei 2:

Kunitsukami

The reason I am able to churn these out so quickly is for several reasons

- I already have the map sprites and the Palettes ripped
- I have a code that lets me see the Demons I rip in battle

It would be even quicker if the site I got the info from wasn't in Japanese and I have to use an intermediary to get the proper nomenclature; the translator I use (Google) can only provide minimal info at times. I even tried other free online translators, and the Megaten Wiki.

Funny thing about some of the demons though. This is the very first SMT Game to my knowledge that features the archetype of the Judeo-Christian God; Azura Mazda of the Zoroasterian Religion (Strongest Tenma)

Angra Mainyu/Ahriman was in Shin Megami Tensei If and appears in this game as the strongest Jashin, he also appears in SMT Nocturne as one of the Major Endgame bosses if you follow reasons other than Hikawa's.

Also said nomenclature of demon classes is completely different compared to other games. Really confusing.

Resubmitting:

Majin Tensei 2:
Hakaishin Accidentally called it Maou by mistake.

And new Submission from the same game:

Jiboshin

Maou is directly AFTER Jiboshin.

RE: Ryan's Submissions v2.0 - Ryan914 - 04-29-2011

Majin Tensei 2:

Maou

RE: Ryan's Submissions v2.0 - Ryan914 - 04-30-2011

I will have to resubmit most of the Majin Tensei 2 sheets I did because of the shadow on the characters does not appear in their profile. I just seperated the shadow from each character frame.

Gedou
Hakaishin
Jarei
Jashin
Jiboshin
Kishin
Kuintsukami
Majin
Maou
Tenma
Tenzin

I wanna play through the game because there is a 6th main character I have to rip first before I can submit the Heroes
