That's the name of the location in the Walkthrough I read.
That is also the Location where you get the LOVE Machine; an item which can create Heat or Electric Barriers if configured properly. (Need to find 12 Chips scattered through the game's world) Ted Broiler and the Final Boss become much easier with it as Ted uses Heat, and the final boss uses electric based attacks.

I am almost done ripping all the recruitable characters map sprites, very difficult to get Dragons 3 and 4 though. So annoying due to experimenting with the meat chart provided by Tower Reversed. Different levels of both monsters and meat make different tiers of monsters as a result. Only way I'll be able to get Tier 3 and 4 of the dragons is by killing Suzaku 1.
