RE: Pokemon Pink - Gold - 02-06-2009

I personally agree that Rattata is good on two legs. U_U

RE: Pokemon Pink - Paested - 02-06-2009

I'm not saying that rat cant be on two legs i dont like the sprite ,sorry for the maker
But the Vaporeon , got two tails , that's to much : o , but i like the other sprites but not the crack guy ^^,
bad on names XD

RE: Pokemon Pink - Koopaul - 02-06-2009

Well I think accuracy should be taken into consideration. Things are cute, but inaccurate.

You can have Machop sucking his thumb, but that doesn't mean he'd do it. Tongue

RE: Pokemon Pink - Hoeloe - 02-06-2009

Vaporeon does not have two tails. It is just curling around it, which is perfectly possible. In fact, I'm sure there is an official graphic of Vaporeon with it's tail around it, somehwere.

I do agree about the accuracy point however.

RE: Pokemon Pink - Chaoxys - 02-06-2009

As far as Rattata goes, i like the idea of it standing, just not the final result of the sprite. The left (our left) legs look... odd. and the head seems weird imo.

RE: Pokemon Pink - Clutch - 02-09-2009

Something that helped me out: when trying to come up with something "cute", try to think of something the PKMN would be doing if they were behaving like normal animals instead of annoying random encounter monsters (Like say, Meowth cleaning himself, or Vulpix scratching its head with its hind leg). This might be one reason PKMN Snap helped me with Porygon.

RE: Pokemon Pink - Hoeloe - 03-07-2009

This project deserves better than second page.

RE: Pokemon Pink - Mystery_Dungeon - 03-11-2009

We still doing this project or what?

RE: Pokemon Pink - X Gamer 66 - 03-12-2009

Sorry all for not being here. I probably still won't be able to sit down and work on this for a while, but please know that I have no intention of letting the project die until we're completely done. Really sorry about this, I'll try to update as soon as I can.

I think the feet look good now, but the hands still need to be a bit bigger. Looking nice. :>

It's been awhile XG, but maybe you can still get a use out of this:

Took me long enough, didn't it?
Looks sweet. Big Grin

Small update. I also tried my hand at a Dragonite edit.

RE: Pokemon Pink - Hoeloe - 03-20-2009

I think that new Dragonite's wings are too small, and too obviously outlined to be honest...

RE: Pokemon Pink - JoshR691 - 03-21-2009

Some things seemed off on Clutch's Pink(it just looked too squished together), so I decided to make one, using the same basic pose(rather than editing, I started over)...I hope Clutch doesn't mind:

And just a little Mockup:

...I don't really see anything wrong with it, but if you guys see something, just say something

RE: Pokemon Pink - Wes - 03-21-2009

Josh, the arms that bent (the one not holding the pokeball) is out of place and it just looks really awkward the way it is. Try respriting it in a different position or something.

RE: Pokemon Pink - JoshR691 - 03-21-2009

Ah, I see what you mean...I fixed it now, along with some other things I didn't think looked right:

In case you can't see what I did...: The new arm's pulled back a little bit, I spread the legs out a little more, made them a little thicker, made her upper body a pixel thinner, redid the feet(which made her a Pixel taller), and the 'Pokeball arm' is bent(because I think it looked weird going straight down)

RE: Pokemon Pink - Hoeloe - 03-22-2009

If we use that as Pink's design (Which I suggest we do), then we'll also need a back pose, and then I can get starting on the overworlds with some basis this time ;D
