Wow, I didn't think that organizing the characters would be so complicated...
This one looks okay for me, but I think it could use more surprise. I'd swap Masked Man for Ness and Krystal for Falco. It'd surprise people more if we hide the new ones. Just my opinion, though.
Also, I like having Saki as a Treasure/Nintendo character.

I think every single character we've added to that was not an assist trophy previously should be unlockable.

I love the final roster. It's perfect. I just wanted to take the time to say you guys are doing a fantastic job and I love how you are all working together. If you guys need anything sprite wise(tweaks,animation help, or whatever), I don't mind helping out at all.

are you actually referring to one of tSR's best spriters and that had contributed a fuckton to the old Smash Project and Fantasy Smash Project?
