Well don't know about it but I guess since no one is doing him I'll take up Megaman but after the comments on the Fantasy Smash Forum I guess we kinda want megaman to look like this.

I think that can be done.

Current Megaman:

Moveset ListSadThis is what I got from the forum not what I thought of.)
B - Mega Buster - Can charge and all that

Side B - Rush Jet - Rush would transform into a Jest and ram whichever side you were facing

Up B - Rush Coil - Mega Man will spring off Rush's Coil into the air

Down B - Power Slide

Final Smash - Upgrages

Fixing:
His left leg kinda noodley.

EDIT:Also I think we should use some of his attacks from here.

I don't care too much for some of that moveset.

The slide should prolly be his running attack.

Flame Sword could be the Side-Smash.
Top Spin could be the Down-Smash.

As long as he doesn't have any kind of ability that makes him "change weapons" I'm happy. It was awful in Smash Flash.
I did a moveset somewhere...

EDIT: Aha!

I have some ideas for Megaman. His intro could either be the teleport or riding in on Rush. I like the former more. Rush follows him around like in Marvel vs Capcom. Rush behaves like the pokemon Trainer. He can't he hurt, but reacts to battle.

B- Mega buster (Kind of like Samus's, but it fires when the button is released, can move while charging)

up B- Beat (Think Snake's, but it damages)

Side B- Random weapon (Metal Blade, Shadow Blade, Spark Shock, Hard Knuckle, Search Snake, Gemini Laser, etc. I wouldn't mind changing this if anyone has a better idea)

Down B- Slide- can be used to get back toward stage. Similar to Fox Illusion, but slower.

Final Smash- Rush Adapter (MM8)

Throw- Super Arm (Guts Man Power)
Up Smash- Air Tornado
Down Smash- Crash Bomb
Side Smash- Fire Sword
Down in air- Top Spin
Shield- Leaf Shield
Seems to much like SSF2 moveset for some reason.
Really? What's the moveset for that?
b- charge shot
vb- weapon steal (makes his b into a robot master version of the enemies' b, for example, bowser would be heatman's weapon)
b^- shoryuken
>b- power slide

also the colours on the sprite are pretty nasty
I agree that the Power Slide should be the running attack. Also his forward tilt should be that kick from Mega Man 64.

His moveset should be a balanced collaboration of all his incarnations in my opinion.

Also I think that model is too lanky with too bulky limbs. I edited your Mega Man to what I think looks more on spot.

i dont see how thats even possible

Slide is a goos idea for the tackle. What could we do for down-B?

EDIT: Looks better but needs better colors and face.
Hm... Something heavy. I'm not the biggest Mega Man fan so do you know any attacks that are explosive and drop?
i dont see whats wrong with power steal. its one of megaman's staples and it can still differ from kirby's in a number of ways.

I agree with this 100%. Perhaps his B could be the chargeable Mega Buster, and if it hits someone while fully charged, it becomes a power steal and his B slightly changes to fit said power steal.
His regular attacks already incorporate special attacks.
stealing powers is still a staple in the series. i dont know why you guys are so against it, its not really an overused move like counter
Every character has 20 moves including throws.

Mega Man has 7 basic series:

Mega Man
Mega Man X
Mega Man Legends
Mega Man Battle Network
Mega Man Zero
Mega Man ZX
Mega Man Star Force

If we divide the moveset equaly among those series we get around 2 moves for each and 3 for the original Mega Man. Now of course it would be stupid to do that. But I think we can get at least 1 move for each series.

Hmm...

B = Mega Buster (Mega Man Series)
B Side = Dash (Mega Man X)
B Up =
B Down =

AAA =
A Dash = Slide (Mega Man Series)
A Forward = Big Kick (Mega Man Legends Series)
A Up =
A Down =

Smash Forward = Z-Saber (Mega Man Zero Series)
Smash Up =
Smash Down =

Air Neutral =
Air Forward =
Air Backwards =
Air Up =
Air Down =

Throw Forward =
Throw Backwards =
