And it's not a good sheet, unfortunately. All of your lines are jagged and your shading and color choice is poor. No sense of proportion or form.

See, the edges of the sprites are angular/blocky/jaggy. Make them more organic/smooth/curvy.

note: i'm using paint
you mean this need something is circled

I'd open up Paint, draw an example, host it with Imageshack, and link it here but i'm too lazy.
