That sprite has... potential, but it is nowhere near to the complexity or quality that'd be required for submission work. If you want to post sprites, post 'em in Sprite Discussion.

You need to make it look real, try making one in the size of the figurines of TLOZ Minish cap.

Its ok, but it could use improvement. Heck, EVERYTHING could use improvement.
