I submited quite few pixel over but they sucked (charmander, metagross, Sabrina, Girl Trainer etc.) i've improved!!

Those colours are extremely saturated, it looks a bit garish.
The lineart and shading is reasonable though, so I won't gio to the lengths of moving it (plus you already have work on the site). Just adjust the colours.

That egg looks reaaaaally flat.
Also, from what I can see, the light source is really inconsistent. The main body seems to suggest that the light is coming from a lower left hand side, while other parts, such as that round thing by the hair, suggests that the light comes more from the top.
Also, I noticed you were shading the blushes. That's not right, as it suggests that those blushes have depth and are popping out from the face, when they're just... spots of color on Happiny's face. Instead of shading them, try and blend them into the face.
