Anti alias the outline; it looks really rough.

Hair looks like it was freehanded.

The darker part of the shading on the pants is too prominent.

Shoes could use shading, but if you are focusing on keeping color count low I can see what they are blank. If you're going to AA the outline then use the lighter shade from that to shade the shoes.

Anatomy is bad too. Left leg is bigger than the right leg and the standing stance looks odd.

The End.
a) it is
b) it was ff
c) okay
d) they are not done (like the face and hands)
e) i see what you mean about the legs but i see nothing wrong with the stance
It's slightly pillowshaded. [the shirt at least.]
Needs a neck maybe? Idk, looks really squished. Maybe less width more length. The shoulders seem to be really out there.

Also seems like you're trying too hard to put detail into the shirt.

Arms are too far back, legs are too far forward. Who do you think this guy is? Zero?

Just in case:

He enjoys having his goods up front.
It lacks style to be honest. Theres nothing notable here that would make be think 'oh, this is raytheon's sprite'. Try adding some unique flair, poppy unique colors, a better more dynamic pose and maybe a face too.
on a note: i already said i havent done the face/shoes/hands yet
just a bit of overlay sketching

?
Left leg still looks thick, but this is better.
