It looks odd that the head shifts in angle but not the hat, but I'll assume that's a stylistic choice.

My only real suggestion is to add shadow under the rim of the paper hat casting onto the forehead, because the peach and white blend quite a bit and I'd assume the paper hat casts a shadow.

Otherwise quite nice.

It looks like he's doing a belly thrust, move his head slightly forward. There's something wrong in his torso movement, sort it out.

It's alright so far. The things mentioned surely come into play, though. Looking forward to more, though. (More as in more than just running :V)

I think I figured out the airhump thing. It's the shading on his shirt. :/
