Dragon Quest Monsters 2 on Gameboy Color.
This game (series) has a far superior monster breeding system compared to that of Pokemon. Also, there isn't a single piece of Koichi Sugiyama music that can be labeled bad, even in chiptune.
Just starting playing the Wii version of Pikmin 2 for the first time. Never played a Pikmin game before. So far, not a bad game.
I recently finished Metal Gear Rising: Revengence.
I've tried to like Metal Gear games in the past, but I just generally realized that though it's a great series, it's just not for me and neither is the stealth genre in general. Metal Gear Rising was great though. All out action, with a pretty good and fun story. The only problem is that parrying is your only defense and the boss battles brutally punish you for not being any good at it, but I don't mind that too much since I realize it's a skill mechanic and the game itself is just that freaking awesome.
I'm currently playing:
The Witcher 2,
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
and Hitman: Blood Money on Pro difficulty
The only one I've finished before is Hitman but never on Pro. It does require alot of waiting though since you can't save. Gets kinda frustrating when you're almost finished with a level and you screw up and have to do it all over again.
Also is it just me or is Witcher extremely difficult on Normal difficulty? It always feels like I'm underleveled and I am doing a lot of sidequests to get XP so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong..
Finished the main story mode for Slender: the Arrival yesterday.
The ending was a bit odd but overall I'm glad I played the game.
I stopped before the final boss of Wario Land 4 to go back and get the remaining cds and gold crowns.
I still need to play WL4 again, I think I only advanced so far on the toy world or something... idr it's honestly been so long.
It's no Wario land 3 thats for damn sure.
I got it through the 3DS Ambassador program. I think it's pretty good, though I've only ever played Shake It! in the Wario Land series, which I also enjoyed. The bosses in this game are so hideous, lol.
Doing a Final Fantasy V
Four Job Fiesta, fun stuff. At the start of the endgame, all that's left is to pick up some power weapons for my crew and then kick the final dungeon's ass
Then I'll probably do another run because this setup was pretty boring to play with.
One of your jobs is a berserker? That sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.
Well, my other 3 jobs are
Monk - Good at only one thing: Punching.
Geomancer - hahahahahahano. At least they can equip the knives with special effects and they nuke random encounters. But with bosses they're basically the designated item bot.
Dragoon - Jump. Jump. Jump. JUMP MEGAMAN JUMP
and my Berserker is actually murdering things with the Dancing Dagger for free Sword Dances (1/8 of the time) at 3k-7k damage a pop. There's also the fact that nothing can hit them because they've got a Shield + an Elven Mantle.
