In case you haven't yet get the Theatrhythm Final Fantasy demo. I've never actually played a Final Fantasy game but it's still extremely cool.
I'm thinking about playing Bastion.
My buddy and I set up a server for MvM, so been playing a ton of that.

Played Pikmin 2 Wii the entire day yesterday (hence why I wasn't here). It's brilliant and I love playing as Louie.
So far I just reached the Perplexing Pool, and found the Yellow Pikmin (thank goodness) and am just kinda going around exploring, opening up paths and getting any unsightly enemies out of the way. I can't enter the water where the Blue Pikmin are in Awakening Wood yet because I have to use my new Yellows to break down the electric wall blocking the way to them.
I'll say it's a little more difficult finding your way around because of the lack of on-screen mini map but that's not a big issue. I absolutely am astounded at the Purple Pikmin's ability to "home in" on enemies when you throw it. It's the new best attacker since Red Flower Pikmin.
It just is unfortunate that you can only get Purple and White from cave flowers ATM meaning you have to take extreme care of the ones you have or else you have to go through the caves to get more and you can only get a few per run through. Why there no White and Purple Onions...
Got New Super Mario Bros. 2 days ago and 100%'d Solo Mode.
Now I'm going for the 1.000.000 coins milestone. I love this game and I can't wait for the DLC to come out (being released in Japan 3 weeks ago, I've seen every single level long before it was released in Europe. The DLC levels have yet to be released, so those I can look folward to exploring myself).
Doing a replay of Banjo Kazooie. Never realized how much collecting there was in this game.
Still fun though

Worth 40 bucks? I was excited at first when these games came out, it had been the first Side Scrolling Mario game in a long ass time, and was very exciting and special. Now it just feels kind of like the rest.

To me, yeah. IMO this beats Mario 3D Land without a doubt. I felt the levels in SM3DL were more like challenges, especially the later ones, that really didn't invite me to play again after I 100%'d them. I got all stars on my file on a friends copy, so I should know.
In NSMB2 however, it might be a breeze just to get to Bowser's Castle and beat the game, but the level design is interesting enough for the majority to make me replay them, just for fun. Coin Rush only makes it more interesting by picking 3 random levels. You could play as regular Mario and go for the best score (though because of the randomness of levels selected, this is based on a little luck, but you can replay a set you've played before you quit) or take it easy and play as White Raccoon Mario.
It might not be very different from the previous two titles, but this installment is my favorite of the three (partially because motion controls ruined Wii for me; it killed me more than it helped me).
I'm currently at 800.000+ coins. Just a few more! (I'll most likely continue after the 1.000.000 mark)
Got my physical 3DS copy of NSMB 2 and got The Last Story (Wii) last Sunday. I'm enjoying both games so far even with some cons with both games.
In NSMB 2, I'm in the middle of World 2. In The Last Story, I just started Chapter 2 and I'm looking forward to playing some online matches some time.
F-Zero GX is so tight. I was playing it today and unlocked the Diamond Cup: those tracks are amazing.
