I'm also still trying to finish all Last Specter puzzles. To be honest, I think I'll just look up the answers to the minigames so I can get on and do the puzzles Tongue Also, London Life is surprisingly fun.
A good idea is to save right before you start the puzzle. That way, you can trial & error all you want, get the answer, hard reset, and just input the correct answer without any negatives.

Lol I think I know who you were aiming that at.

I beat X6, it was awesome despite having to agree with some levels getting pretty unfair at parts (hello Gate Stages), and I honestly do not understand why you all say that the final boss is stupid.

And, two words: Infinity Mijinion. The music, Illumina in the background, the whole atmosphere, if I didn't know any better I seriously would've thought it was the final level or one of them. Also, "WOOHOO!" "YEAH!" "WOOHOO!" "WOOHOO!" Sounded like I was fighting Diddy Kong. XD

Next I went back in time and beat X2 again, this time getting all of Zero's parts because I kinda failed at that the first time. Now I'm playing X3, and am about to attempt Neon Tiger again. This time I am getting the Golden Chip, as well as the Z Saber. Both of which I obviously missed 1st time.
Playing level 4 songs on IIDX now. Learning curve between levels is the size of the grand cannon but it is still fun.
Played Luigi's Mansion over the weekend. Pretty cool. Didn't mind the shortness (though I would have if I had paid $50 for it; the game seems worth $30).

I consider the $50 "GameCube Launch Tax".

Maybe that's why the sequel is going to be on a handheld.
I just started playing Chrono Cross yesterday. First time I've played it on a computer. Tongue
Ah, started CC a while back...gotta get started on it...

as for new games, Fate/EXTRA and 9P,9H,9D has my attention for now. Already got two bad ends in 999( knife and submarine) so I just felt like getting the safe ending and going onto true, then going back for the rest of them, even the ones that are the same, albeit with dif doors/char choices just so I learn about all the chars.

LOL. That's a pretty simple trick, which briefly crossed my mind when I started playing the Curious Village. But really, where's the fun in that? The whole enjoyment of Professor Layton is trying to figure out puzzles with the least amount of wrong answers, and preferably without using too many Hint Coins. What I especially enjoy is getting a 50+ Picarats puzzle in one go Big Grin

Anyway, I'm not too worried about not getting enough Picarats, if that's what you're trying to help me with. I've already gotten just over 5200, just a few more puzzles and I should have unlocked the last Top Secret feature.

EDIT (to avoid double-post): I've recently been experiencing some massive nostalgia playing Icy Tower. It's newer, OK, but it's still got the same awesome gameplay.
Final Fantasy X
Viewtiful Joe
Bleach: Blade Of Fate
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Had issues trying top run Chrono Cross myself on the PSX
Didn't know it was on the PC

Wow pretty good roster here. San Andreas is much better when playing with a friend though, I found. lol
Currently playing through the xbox live arcade port of Doom. And enjoying every moment of it!
Still playing Battlefield 3 waaaay to much, and I'm picking up Vanquish again to finally complete it and study it for the game I've been working on.
Katawa Shoujo. Well, I suppose "reading" would be a better word to describe it.
Wario ware Inc and Xenoblade Chronicles
i can officially say i have bested the three castlevanias on the DS.

Dawn of sorrow was easy with a medocre last boss and a terrible plot, but still a fun game.
Portrait of Ruin's team mechanic certainly made it harder and a bit more complicated, but it certainly became a step foward. the boss battles were harder as well.
Order of Ecclesia is the very best of them. hard(but not cheap), improved gameplay, an actually decent and likeable plot, and enemies who atually tried to kill you rather than being EXP containers.

all of them with great soundtracks at least.
