Haha, awesome! I always thought Fat Guys were pretty cool.
Haha xD I didn't remember those fat guys xD they were awesome.
I'd have loved to see more enemies in that game.
Getting awesomer by the second.
Just an idea I thought of. I thought, maybe I should rip the Kirby Advance style abilities and fuse them all into one sheet. Kinda like what Tonberry did to his Playable Kong sheets. Since just about all poses are pretty much used in the same games, I thought I could get this done. Now I may need some help getting the Kirby Squeak Squad poses from a certain someone. Possible a bush that talks *hint, hint*. I'll try an contact him. Good idea, don't ya think?

Anyway, to start us off, I've got Stone Kirby! This ability isn't in Squeak Squad, so this sheet is pretty much done. And ya, I know he's always pink in Amazing Mirror, but I think it's better as their NiDL colors.

Missile Kirby done! This ability is only found in Amazing Mirror, so I won't have to worry about finding more of it in any of the other Kirby games of the same style. Plus I made a few quick changes to Stone Kirby just so you know.

Now I sent RTB the message about my little project, hoping that he'll help out and that he received the message. I hope he'll help me because I'm gonna start Bomb Kirby next, and I'll need him or someone else to grab the Squeak Squad only poses.

Well no word from RTB yet, so I'll just go ahead and submit the poses of Bomb Kirby from Amazing Mirror.

Sorry 'bout that, A.J.. I've been really busy lately.

I'll get you the sprites from Squeak Squad sometime either tomorrow, or the day after.
Oh thanks, man! Just send them through PM.
Just so I'm clear, which games with these sheets be replacing?
Well, this is interesting...

I just took a look at the sprites from Squeak Squad, and apparently, the hat for Bomb doesn't match the one used in Kirby and the Amazing Mirror. Both the sprites and the palettes are different.

(Enlarged by 3x to show the differences more easily.)

So, in other words, Bomb will need a complete re-rip for Squeak Squad, and the one you ripped should be put under KatAM only.

(Seeing the differences in the sprites makes me wonder if I should check all of the sprites from KatAM for Fighter Kirby, or any of the other abilities I ripped... Just in case the sprites may be different.)
@Tonberry: Stone Kirby goes into both Nightmare in Dreamland and The Amazing Mirror. Missile and Bomb goes in Amazing Mirror.

@RTB: Man, I had no idea. I also take it that NiD and KatAM's styles are the same? I'm guessing they are as far as I checked. Some of the ways they attack should be the only difference.

I didn't know about that, either, actually. And I did check the NiDL and KatAM sprites and they do seem to be the same from what I've seen. It's just that Squeak Squad has different sprites for the abilities for whatever reason.

But, yeah. I'm gonna check out the sprites for Fighter Kirby and Cutter Kirby (the one I helped out with) sometime later. Perhaps their sprites have differences between KatAM and KSS? I dunno, but it's worth a check.
Well the placement of the Parasol is different between the 2 GBA versions.

EDIT: On second thought, Tonberry, you should probably ignore the Stone Kirby for now. I think I'm starting to notice some differences between both versions.
Aaaaaaagh, dangit, HAL! Parasol, Ice, AND Cutter have different sprites than their NiDL/KatAM counterparts (even if it's only just a different placement)! I wouldn't doubt that other abilities have sprite differences between games.

Well, so much for grouping sprites together from related Kirby games. Sick

(EDIT: Hi-Jump is also different in Squeak Squad compared to its NiDL sprites. Well, you can't say that they're lazy if they change their sprites around between games with similar art styles, now, can you?)
Ya so we're just gonna have to give each ability their own sheet for every game. Some of Stone's poses are different with the pixel placements on some of the poses. Sorta like what they did with the Bomb Kirby example you posted.
