Submit? Uh, if you mean submit stuff to tSR, then I'm afaid we don't accenpt flashes. You'll be wanting Newgrounds. >>
However, if you just want to show us your work, then you'll want to make your thread on the Creative board. There's no methods for embedding flash here, so you'll have to upload it by any of your own means, and link it here.
