I'm just going to guess, but is it... Deoxys?
Yeah, it's Deoxys =P

I have a couple of questions for you guys...Would you rather see the Normal form with normal Arms, the 'Spikes,' or Both? (The hands would only appear in an Attack)

Yes, this is just deciding for the Normal Form, since the others don't have that transition
Oh, yey, more legendary Pokemon.
I think having both the tentacles and hands would be better.
For the normal form? Hmmmm... Honestly, I'm fond of the tentacle/arm design where one side is an arm, the other is the tentacles, but thats just my opinion.
I'm with Chaoxys on this one. But that might cause a two-direction discrepancy, because you'd have to make one for each side of the field... unless you decide to forgo accuracy.
I'd say both, or just add them both as separate attachments.
Would it be possible to make the body without limbs, then make various limbs and movements along side it so people can make it how they want? That would probably make more sense since Deoxys, in the show and movie, would change his limbs from time to time (I think).
Is it Mewfour?
Separate Attachments would work(Since that's how I sprite) I could make his Idle switch between them both, which is what I'm thinking since it'd probably use it's hands for the Physical Attack, and the Tentacles for the Special Attack

Here's a preview, and yes, it's based off of the Deoxys I made for the Smash Project:

Some tweaks are inevitable, but this is only a preview
I'd say you're going in the right direction, but I could be wrong.
I like that preview, but I agree that it would be better with one tentacle and one arm. The only problem with making the limbs separate is that one of the best things about your sprites is that they're really easy to use, and although putting arms onto a body isn't difficult or anything, it kinda detracts from the ease of use.

If that made absolutely no sense, I'll try to explain it in a shorter sentence.
I know what you mean, I always try to make them easy to use I was thinking about doing one Arm, and one with the Tentacle, but in the end, I decided to stay the same, with a twist

I decided to Upload another Preview, this one's animated, and I think it looks neat:

I figured that since the Normal Form's almost done, I'd upload the Idle. Hope you all like it!

I would have made it one arm as the Tentacles and the other as the hand, but I think this seems to work better...Plus the sheet would probably double in size, and I don't want the whole thing to be filled with the Normal Form
...Whoa.
I love everything except the idle tentacles. They are nice, but they seem a bit jumpy compared to everything else.

I'd have to agree.
