the game have cool backgrounds and chars (playable and non-playable there are very cool chars like the buus, broli and more )

I fixed the links.

By the looks of them, the sheets look like they're designed for RPG Maker 2000/2003. But, the Goku sheet seems to have a different credit tag and arrangement...

Yeah - I don't think this dude actually ripped them, I think he didn't read the rules of "YOU HAVE TO HAVE RIPPED THEM."
