Thats pretty good! but don't boxers slouch down a little? meaning the head might need to be lowered down more.

I think his skin should be a bit more darker.

The torso should twist when he delivers a punch.

it looks weird

It looks wierd because there's not draw back. Theres not force in a punch if you don't pull your arm back.

Its looks wierd because his head is still when he makes a punch, he needs to move his head left if its a left punch, and right if its a right punch, plus doesn't look like he's slouched down but whatever I mentioned this earlier.
