This isn't even pixel art but that said I don't know if there are rules about not submitting shooped stuff.

This is the "Spriters" Recourse.
I believe we have had this argument ages ago on whether vectors should be allowed if they are in png form. I still say this is a sprite its just the means of producing it is different from most sprites.
