There may be no "No swearing" rule in the rules, but if you look:
1. No pointless and stupid comments, do your best to type in full sentences and spell words properly, don't spam or advertisement, etc. And yes, this is still the case if it's other people's topics.
Now everyone knows that "etc" actually stands for exasperation through cursing.
Also in the warning types at the bottom of the forum it states:
