As they say in that wiki, it is only intended that she is Jolene. I think it does make sense and she does look a lot like Jolene with her suit and glasses on. So yeah, I do think that is Jolene.

Anyway, a random pink bob-omb NPC. It's like a portable edition of a Bulky Bob-Omb, don't ya think?

EDIT: I also need help with this other bob-omb. It's a dark blue bob-omb and it seems like it used a parachute at some point (since there's a parachute texture)

You are doing a very fine job on ripping this, I only played Paper Mario 2 a couple of times and didn't get far so some of this is new to me.

I read that as Wux for some reason.

New icon for the "Blue Bob-omb", renamed to Para-bomb. I think this wasn't used. He seems to be one of the peaceful Fahr Outpost bob-ombs NPCs.

I haven't finished the game yet, so I don't actually know. I've asked a few peeps I know and they all said "I don't remember any Para-bombs in PM2", or something along those lines.

I would like to know if it was actually used or not too.
