I grabbed the arms and white part of the shell from Bowser and messed with them to get Wart's arms right.

Sorry bro but his arms look like they are round and not that the bottom part is the jacket.
Teeth are really bad but it's the color they are too dark.
Claws on his fingers are really bad the last ones look attached to each other.
Top part of the necklace needs some AA.
The lace of the necklace is too light.
I can't see the inside of the eyes.(too dark)
Eyebrows are to blending make them darker so they don't look like that.
The black part of the face is too big make it smaller(thick.

I hope I helped I think that the sprites have a lot of potential so I will be here to C+C them to the end.

So that's te problem to the mouth.

Fix the Bowser shell off Wart, and generally try to make him look a bit heftier, Wart and Bowser don't have the same physic.
