Shading needs a lot of work and his in shell sprites look god awful.
Is this an edit of someone else's sprite?
Enlarging sprites is also a bad idea (aka the fire).
It's not a custom, it's an edit. And a minor one at that. It still looks too much like Bowser in both colors and dimension. Giga Bowser is more than a horn enlargement.
