I've been working on a fangame of Pizza Tower. I've been needing to do sprites to fill in parts of the main player's move set, though as a professional bum, I've just been making placeholders. I do these by drawing in pencil and taking a photo before cranking the brightness and contrast up to 'Sun God.'

However, I've been realizing the horrid fact that I, eventually, must draw the actual sprites. Thus, I've been making 'Traceholders' by tracing the placeholders shown here. I've only done this with one, to mixed results in my opinion.

You can see the limited palette, a feature of this character. There is also quite messy linework here, though I find that quite charming. Plus, someone on the team more talented than I would animate these sprites. I think these look fine merely to fill in the blank space of the still early point in the project, though the question is really if our team should go through the hassle of animating these off of the placeholders or if a complete redraw is in need. I would like something slightly more viewable than the placeholders used in the footage below.

P.S.: All the images above are hosted through File Garden. Thus, if the website ever goes belly up, as it sometimes does, the images will. *thunder strikes* DIE!
