Okay... I had a look and it seems that TT Games seems to store the icons in a weird way. They also don't seem to open in GIMP (I know that some icons are in standard format) which is where my experience ends. If you have Discord, you should join the TT Games Lego Modding server. I don't have Discord, but I'm sure those folks will know more than I do.
