It seems like no one has cared enough to make tools or try it seems, just want to make sure there isn't a specialized or some general tool that exists that can do it.
i figured it out, Use CascView on the "data" files, then, Use Animosity to rip the .anim files

i am planning to yes but i don't have that much free time, or rather i'd spend it doing something focused on my passions and hobbies so if anyone feels like submitting some sheets too be my guess, just keep in mind i'm currently working on the Protoss units
