So, mh... Is there is any way to see animated 2d assets from a game?

What I mean is, some games have assets/sprites that are made by having different separate pieces on a sheet, in-game they show assembled and,
well, animating according to the player's actions and whatnot. Is there a way to see said assembled animation outside of the game?

I've recently finished this game and went looking through its files, and found some unused stuff that I believe has animation files, skeletons for the sprites
and more, but I didn't see them at all ingame... and welp, I'd really like to see them all assembled and such, mh.

I thought one way to do it was maybe with a method I use for rpgmaker games: Basically unpack/extract anything and put them into a new project,
you can then check everything in the game, even modify it, it's something usually done to make translation for said kind of games. I tried this method
with this unity game, and, well, while it seems the program had loaded everything... I just couldn't figure any way to just see those unused assets assembled and animated...
If anyone has any idea about this and would be willing to help, I'd greatly apppreciate it, thank you.
