Quetzen. That's a name associated to me.

I write fantasy stories, most play out like video games. I haven't really written one down, because I'm not a very good writer, but I can come up with lots of story things. The term, Quetzen, comes from one such story.

I've been an isolated kid back in the 80's, had very few friends in the 90's, and have been living in solitude and poverty from 2003 to I'd say, 2020. During this time I played a whole lot of video games, using them as inspiration for my stories. I've played a lot of RPGs, platformers, and early RTSes. I stick to my favorites, which I have quite a few, and tend to roll around in interests, so my interests tend to sway left and right by the year.

I've been ripping sprites since 2001. I always wanted to find a site to upload them to, to contribute to sprite archiving on the internet. My first site of interest was Sprites Inc, for MegaMan sprites, but as my sprite rip collection(and collection of themed custom sprites and personal sprites as well) increased, I started just hoarding them as I had nowhere to upload them. Then I found this site. That was quite a long time ago, I forget when that was...

I mostly rip sprites I feel would look great in my hoard. As a result, most of my sheets are incomplete, since I mostly only rip what I want. But in some cases, I can manage to rip quite a lot. I've started wondering about the potential of my sprite rip collection when I started seeing a lot of sheets here that were posted by friends of mine, that I had no idea were uploaded here. Maybe it's time I finally opened my treasure trove to the rest of the world....... well, what's salvageable at least.

I'm a bit sociable. I tend to stick to Discord and similar places
Nice! Can't wait to see what you've got!
