I've been wanting to find some specific assets from Persona 5 Strikers that aren't in the artbook. It's this art from the status screen.
Can anyone help? I can't for the life of me figure out how to decrypt these files.

This is a bit late but you can probably find someone to help you on the Spriters Resource, they’ve actually got a hefty amount of sprites and art available for Strikers but not all of its there.
